– Sticker Dimensions, Limitations & Defaults –
🗸 Single Line of Text per order quantity (ie. qty of 3 = 3 lines of text).
🗸 Please be mindful of the amount of text over the ordered length, if an order is too small or large to fit within our product limitations we will contact you to discuss options, failing contact we will cancel the order and refund in full.
🗸 Height of the Decal is determined by the style and amount of characters over the ordered length.
Maximum Height of our decals is 120mm for our 100-400mm decals; and 200mm for our 500-900mm decals. If your order exceeds this we will bring it up to the maximum as long as it remains legible.
🗸 Minimum height of all decals is 15mm unless previously arranged/discussed with us.
🗸 We do not produce, work from or include images for these listings – we can quote these types of orders if you so require, please contact us via message to arrange a quote.
🗸 We do not provide graphic design or font-research as part of these listings.
🗸 If you require a specific measurement please include this information in your order note at time of purchase as once an order is produced we will not re-make the order if this is omitted.
🗸 We cannot provide you with proofs as we produce hundreds of stickers per day – if you need to preview your order we would suggest ordering with a font that has been previewed on your PC or from a free-font site such as DaFont that allows you to view your typed lettering.
🗸 Our Stickers as standard come as Cut-Lettering without background If you require a background (white or otherwise) please mention this in your order note.

– Postage & Refunds-
🗸 All orders are posted daily (cut-off times apply).
🗸 All orders include registered postage with tracking.
🗸 We ship all our decals folded into Heavy-Duty Card-Envelopes.
🗸 Postal Insurance is available on request.
🗸 We will provide replacements or full refunds for defective or poor quality decals (photo must be included as proof/illustration or fault).
🗸 We cannot provide refunds for change-of-mind, accidental destruction or incorrect application.
🗸 Full refunds will not be issued for any stickers that are mis-spelled by the buyer or have already been printed, we are happy to work out a partial refund (usually the price of shipping) if your order has not yet shipped.
🗸 We post all over Australia using Australia Post.

TERMS
– All sales of this product are final. This is custom order made especially for you, so NO returns or replacements are accepted.
– If you have received wrong, defect or damaged stickers, just contact us, we will be more than happy to resend or refund your order.
– In case of a problem, please always contact us first before leaving your review! We will try to resolve it.
